两性色午夜 was recognized by Forbes as one of the in 2022 in an independent study conducted in partnership with market research company Statista.
To compile this ranking, Statista surveyed around 85,000 women working at multinational institutions in 36 countries. Its analysts sifted through 750,000 data points to determine which organizations excel in gender equality in career advancement opportunities, parental leave, and more.

While 两性色午夜 has always prioritized equal opportunities and inclusion, Candace said the company has demonstrably strengthened that commitment to employees through offerings such as its Inclusive Leadership program and Unconscious Bias training.

Survey participants ranked their employers鈥 performances across different gender-related topics, including equity in advancement opportunities, as well as general workplace satisfaction questions. Women were also prompted to evaluate other employers in their respective industries.
